Ekid Idediong o! On behalf of Eket Development Congress (E.D.C.), USA, I would like to welcome you to our website. We have now established our web presence. This website is set up to promote our organization. You can now donate online, peruse our numerous photos and videos, register for our conventions and find out about our organization, to mention but a few.

Eket Development Congress, USA is a 501 (c) organization set up to cater to Eket citizens both in the USA and in Nigeria. Eket is a major city in the Niger Delta Region as it plays host to some of the major oil companies operating in the Nigerian territory. Eket Local Government occupies the South Central portion of Akwa Ibom State. It is blessed with a rich and enviable cultural heritage. "Ekid," the language spoken by Eket Local Government Area conveys a unique culture and identity to the people. Eket's population, as of the 2006 census, stands at 172,557.
